Schāf Shop is a minimalist specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Atlanta's Virginia-Highland neighborhood, known for its meticulously sourced single-origin beans and precise brewing methods. The space features clean Scandinavian-inspired design with white walls, natural wood accents, and plenty of natural light. They roast their own beans in-house and focus on highlighting the unique characteristics of each origin through various brewing methods including pour-over, espresso, and cold brew.
