11 AM and 3 PM - Free 20-minute traditional tea ceremonies led by certified tea master Yuki Tanaka. Space limited to 10 participants. Sign up at the pop-up tent.

Hourly tastings comparing ceremonial-grade matcha from different Japanese regions. Learn to distinguish Uji vs. Nishio matcha.

Meet the Team

Matchaful founder Hannah Habes will be on-site all three days, chatting with customers and sharing her matcha journey. Staff members are trained to answer questions about sourcing, preparation, and brewing at home.
